Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient entry and processing of data across multiple sites and departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical work, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), or bookkeeping, and will be proficient in using ADP and Great Plains systems.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, AP/AR, or bookkeeping.

Familiarity with Great Plains or similar systems.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand and work with complex billing systems.

Reliable and dependable with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to work onsite every day in a downtown location. null
