Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking for a reliable RN to fill our night shift weekend block in order to provide quality of life care to our beloved residents.
Position Details
8nights/64hrs/bi-weekly pay period; Friday - Monday 11:00pm - 7:30am = Full Time Benefits Available

Position Summary
A Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor / Charge Nurse will monitor our 54 bed residents & patients, help develop care plans, oversee treatments, provide guidance and ensure that residents and patients receive appropriate medical care in a safe environment. Promotes person-centered care for optimal quality of life. Collects and interprets data. RN’s record resident/patient vital signs and information about their condition. RN will coordinate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure quality and appropriate care is provided. RN may monitor physical activity and nutrition. RN may oversee the work and provide support to LPN’s, CNA’s & Aides.
Essential Job Requirements
Candidate must be dependable and reliable attendance is required
Education: Two (2) year Associates Degree
License: Active New York State RN license
Qualifications: BLS and/or CPR certification (Highly preferred)
Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language
Experience: Prior RN experience preferred
Physical Demands
Never: Climbing Ladders
Occasionally: Lifting/Carrying 26+ lbs Pushing/Pulling 50+ lbs Sitting. Crouching, Crawling, Climbing Stairs
Frequently: Lifting/Carrying 1-10 lbs, Pushing/Pulling 1-50 lbs Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Reaching
Continuously: Standing and Walking.
