SALARY:

$20.00 - $21.00+ per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting, screening, and hiring plan of Standardized Patients who are then trained to portray patients for student learning.
  • Assist with the budget process of ordering supplies and maintaining a running record of expenses with the Director.
  • Assist with setting up simulation events and obtain familiarity with the operation and maintence fo task trainers.
  • Assist with inventory and supply ordering
  • Assist with set-up and execution of simulated manikin events, to include but not limited to voicing over manikins and running software.
  • Assist in facilitation of all simulated events, including scheduling, room set upin collaboration and under the direction of the Director.
  • Assist in maintaining a secure and organized system to retain students' records.
  • Assist in the planning, development and growth of the MT-SiMS center
  • Demonstrate collegiality, compassion, and professionalism as the first person of contact for people entering the SIMS Center.
  • Help build a culture that respects, values, and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Simulation.
