QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Engineer major required
• Must have completed Freshman level or above by start date
• Must be in good academic standing
• Must provide GPA in Resume upon application
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service and computer technology problem resolution skils
• Ability to lift materials up to 35 pounds
• Ability to pass an employment physical, a drug test and a background check

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Support engineers in design of electric and natural gas facilities for new construction, relocates, and capacity projects
• Work with new service requests, assist in providing services, checking site locations ahead of crew for efficiencies
• Assist customers with NWE's New Construction process
• Work with customers on growth orders and construction estimates
• Research company records on vintage gas pipe to determine replacement plans
• Work on infrastructure mapping/GIS information to improve data
• Participate in organizational work meetings
• Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
• Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives

Temporary position, will work May - August full-time (40 hours per week).

$20.00 per hour.
