CT Technologist Lead COMPUTERIZED TOMOGRAPHY/CT (BILLINGS CLINIC HOSPITAL) req7495Shift: DayEmployment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater) Hours per Pay Period: 1.00 = 80 hours (Non-Exempt) Starting Wage DOE: $34.41 - 40.43The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing leadership to the Computed Tomography Technologists, assisting and supporting the leadership team in coordinating the day-to-day operational activities for the computed tomography services. Leadership duties include but are not limited to orienting and training staff, including the documentation of competencies, providing exposure to and instruction in CT to the Radiologic Technologist program students, assisting with the scheduling of staff, acting as a resource to staff, responding to questions and assisting with problem resolution. The Lead CT Technologist provides input and feedback into the interviewing and performance appraisal processes and will be primarily responsible for pursuing and maintaining an accredited CT program. The Lead CT Technologist is also responsible for performing diagnostic imaging services in the specialty of Computed Tomography and will anticipate and evaluate new technologies as they emerge in the specialty. The Lead CT Technologist shall be responsible for the maintenance of the protocol/procedure book. The incumbent shall operate a variety of equipment to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes.
