Description We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for our team located in Billerica, Massachusetts. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable management, billing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Complete account reconciliation processes as required

• Perform data entry tasks related to accounting functions

• Effectively and accurately manage billing duties

• Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in the execution of accounting tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Keep customer credit records accurate and current

• Resolve customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Help in processing customer credit applications. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is desired

• Capability to handle Billing tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Data Entry is mandatory

• Experience in Invoice Processing is a plus

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are needed

• Knowledge of Oracle software is beneficial

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required

• Experience with SAP software is highly favorable
