Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

In this role, you will be part of a team, assisting the machine operator in the production process. You will be responsible for feeding products into the machine and stacking products onto pallets to be sent to customers. This is a fast-paced position that requires frequent bending, twisting, and reaching. The product itself is lighter than most in manufacturing, with a lifting capacity requirement of 35+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the machine operator in the production process.

• Feed products into the machine.

• Stack products onto pallets for shipment.

• Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift 35+ lbs

• Effective communication skills in English

• Strong attendance record

• Some production or industrial experience

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in general labor, inspection, and packing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
