• Repair all equipment both electronic and mechanical as needed, including but not limited to hydraulic and motor driven mechanical systems, well as knowledge of digital systems, electronic sensors, programming P.C. controls systems.

• Perform the duties of a lead operator

• Assist in keeping spare parts in place.

• Assist in the decisions to purchase new equipment to improve process.

• Must have a clear working knowledge of both electro and mechanical equipment.

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain a variety of production, engineering, and facility equipment.

• This includes such duties as:

• • Assembles, sets up, overhauls, repairs, and maintains all plant equipment utilizing skills and knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and motor driven mechanical sensors, programming and P.C. control systems.
  • Work with senior and engineering personnel to change and improve equipment and systems to increase productivity and/or yields, reduce machine failures and downtime.
