Masis Staffing is seeking great candidates for CNC Setup at a local company in Rochester, NH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay.

1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 6 am - 2 pm - $23.00- $26.00/hour DOE!

2nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 2 pm - 10 pm - $23.00 - $26.00/hour DOE!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling to very close tolerances on a wide variety of materials, on CNC mills and lathes.

``` - Interpret complex engineering drawings and follow written and oral instructions. Make all required mathematical calculations without assistance.

``` - Use precision measuring instruments to ensure that parts produced meet quality standards. Perform duties during machine cycle time such as inspecting parts, maintain tooling, debur parts, stamp part numbers, or general housekeeping.

``` - Make difficult set-ups consisting of indicating, leveling, clamping, and blocking. Determine pick-up points, set stops, and controls, and check tooling. Contribute to the team's efforts in the assigned group to meet daily goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.

``` - Drive and support efforts to maintain good housekeeping practices in the assigned group and throughout the facility.

Key Knowledge and Skills:

• Must be able to read, evaluate and respond to product specifications, blueprints, and drawings, and perform normal math calculations easily.

``` - Must be familiar and comfortable with industrial machinery.

``` - Must have strong general mechanical skills.

```{=html}

``` - Familiar with using micrometers, snap gauges, or other tools for dimensional evaluation.

``` - Knowledge in the following areas: assembly, machining, ability to read and understand drawings, quality control and safety.

``` - Experience in working with a team in a diverse manufacturing environment. Three years experience preferred but will consider other applicants.

Education, Experience and/or Skills Preferred:

• High School Diploma / GED.

``` - HAAS / Fanuc / Siemens controls experience.

``` - Basic computer skills
