What will you be doing:

The Program Manager plans, coordinates, advises, and manages all aspects of a mid to large scale recognized organizational program. Provides leadership, including the authority to make independent decisions regarding program operations, administration, and governance. Leads and/or contributes to the short-term and long-term strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, processes, and standards.

  • A program is an ongoing organizational initiative with defined objectives and scope, but without a defined end or completion date.

  • Leads all aspects of the Performance Management Program, provides leadership and direction for day-to-day program operations and administrative activities.

  • May supervise staff as it relates to the overall management of the program.

  • Supports additional programs and initiatives launched by the talent management team.

Note: this is a 1-year contract with benefits. Possibility of extension dependent of operational needs.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

Five (5) plus years of experience in Management, Program/Project Management, or related experience, preferably in Human Resources (HR).

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED.

Bachelor degree in Healthcare, Management, Business, or related field preferred.
