Location: Remote in the US
Division: Ticketmaster NA – Global Sales Operations
Line Manager: Sr. Director, Nexus Partner Program
Internship Terms: 4-Month Term commencing May 2025 working up to 29 hours per week
THE TEAM
Ticketmaster’s Global Sales Operations group strives to be the partner of choice for our clients. Our mission is partner with markets to empower clients with business solutions that drive and align their commercial growth with Ticketmaster. We do this through a variety of services, including, product marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, commercial strategy and services, and more. We advocate for our clients across the product lifecycle, building our B2B narrative across strategic priorities, from strategic planning to launch and adoption. This team serves as the glue between across sales, product, & lines of business all in service of clients.
THE INTERNSHIP
In this internship, we’re looking for the ultimate teammate. Across the Revenue and Demand (RAD) team, we’re in need of an analytical, strategic thinker who can take us to the next level with reporting, billing, and communication. This person will get a glimpse into the areas of Client Marketing, Pricing, Analytics, and Nexus Partnerships with the hopes that a long, fruitful career ensues.
THROUGHOUT YOUR TIME WITH US YOU WILL
Manage reporting: sales tracking, sales projections, product reports, etc.
Work closely with finance team in order to reconcile accounts each month and differences in reports.
Work closely with the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to process invoice requests for our revenue and demand business products and services that help power our client’s business.
Effectively communicate and build relationships cross functionally with key stakeholders across teams to obtain necessary metrics, gain insight for reporting and identify ongoing ways we can improve on processes and gain efficiencies across our revenue and demand team.
Communicate findings as applicable to leads within our team and support their efforts to implement new findings and processes within our revenue and demand org.
Understand the metrics and reporting in a way that easily spots changes in trends, or abnormalities and new business pipeline opportunities.
Manage client requests and mitigating discrepancies in invoicing.
Generate reports for various departments and constituents on an ongoing basis.
Analyse key performance metrics in order to develop actionable recommendations.
Successfully manage, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, multiple ongoing assignments, unplanned & ad-hoc assignments and interruptions, and internal and external requests.
Monitor and provide reporting on market insights and on-going trends (short, medium, and long-term) in the industry.
Prioritize and carry out assignments effectively such that you exceed internal and external expectations.
The ability to take the reins on any typical project and the resourcefulness to find the answers you need to get the job done.
YOU WILL PROBABLY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Analytics or Business Intelligence or a related field and that requires participation in a co-op/internship placement as part of the curriculum to graduate.
A knack for knowing when and how to dig deeper into data to identify what’s really going on; we can’t settle for superficial conclusions.
Great attention to detail - we need someone who will catch the mistake before we do.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel.
Passion for the ticketing and live event industry.
Solution and team oriented while demonstrating the ability to work independently and adapt to changes.
Experience working with SalesForce and dashboard tools (eg DOMO) a plus!

The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.50 USD - $18.00 USD Hourly
