Robert Half VP/Director of Finance in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP/Director of Finance in the bustling city of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal in driving our company's financial planning and risk management, as well as overseeing all finance personnel and managing various relationships with vendors, surety and banks. This role involves a high degree of responsibility and requires a strong understanding of the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning within the organization

• Analyze the organization's liabilities and investments for risk management

• Determine investment strategies considering cash and liquidity risks

• Control and evaluate the organization's capital structure

• Ensure appropriate cash flow for the organization's operations

• Oversee finance personnel, particularly those in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable

• Manage relationships with vendors

• Oversee the relationship with the surety and act as the interface between the surety and the bank

• Manage the relationship with the bank and act as the interface between the bankers and the company

• Oversee the team responsible for annual financial audits

• Direct the annual preparation of the company's financial statements and tax returns

• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

• Set up and oversee the company's finance CRM system

• Ensure compliance with the law and the company's accounting policies.

This role requires proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CapEx, CRM, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, Capital Management, Cash Flow Analysis. Requirements

• CPA required

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Must have knowledge of CapEx

• Proficiency in using CRM tools is required

• Must have experience in managing Accounting Functions

• Prior experience in Auditing is crucial

• Must have expertise in Budget Processes

• Experience in Capital Management is necessary

• Proficiency in conducting Cash Flow Analysis is required
