Salary: Commensurate with experience. $69,000 - $84,000.
Duties/Responsibilities/Physical Requirements:
- Develop and revise full resource and cost loaded project schedule(s) in Primavera(P6) or Microsoft Project.
- Create, maintain, review and update Critical Path Method and Baseline schedule using (P6) or Microsoft Project.
- Perform field surveys to verify project progress and prepare for schedule reviews.
- Analyze all contract data, establishing well-defined work activities and create comprehensive, CPM schedules.
- Thorough understanding of construction / demolition means and methods to incorporate appropriate sequence and logic in the schedules developed.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of short-term "2 to 3 week look ahead schedules".
- Familiar with demolition contracting and the scheduling implications of contract terms.
- Work closely with Estimators, Project Managers and site Superintendents.

Education / Experience:
- Candidates must have a high school diploma. College degree strongly preferred. Minimum 1-2 years experience in Demolition, Construction, Industrial or heavy highway industry.
Job Specific Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency using scheduling software Primavera P6 is required
- Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional role, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand means and methods of demolition and past success working on a team in a professional environment
