Production Lead Allentown, PA Monday to Friday 3:15 pm to 12:00 am  $19

Qualifications:

• 2+ years manufacturing experience
• Good math skills (skills testing required)
• Excellent attitude
• Organized
• Motivator
• High School diploma or GED

Duties of a Production Line Lead

• Ensures all line personnel comply with required PPE;
• Organizes and directs line set-up and changeovers;
• Instructs line personnel on the correct methods
• Understands and communicates correct procedure for retrieving, counting, refilling components as well as palletizing and put-a-way
• Ability to understand and complete QA documents. 
• Identifies opportunities to optimize workflow;
• Maintains a neat, clean, safe, and orderly work area;
• Follows all Company safety rules/procedures
• Other duties as may be occasionally assigned by the Management team.
