Duties:

• Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Assist the dentist during dental procedures Ex: Fillings,Crowns, Extractions
• Take dental x-rays on patients. Must have current dental radiology certification
• Sterilize and maintain treatment rooms and dental instruments
• Perform dental charting and update patient medical records using DENTRIX software
• Must have current OSHA, HIPPAA, CHILD ABUSE, CPR and FIRST AID certifications. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• X-ray certification required
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
• Familiarity with dentrix preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
