Robert Half Corporate Administrator in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Description We are seeking a Corporate Administrator to join our team in BETHLEHEM, Pennsylvania. As part of the Paper/Packaging industry, this role is critical in managing our office operations and administrative procedures. The Corporate Administrator will be the liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth functioning of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth operation of general office tasks and administrative procedures.

• Handle correspondence, contracts, and official documents with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold company policies and ensure compliance.

• Administer corporate communications and manage internal reporting processes.

• Act as a key point of contact for executives, employees, and external stakeholders.

• Maintain confidential records and files with utmost precision.

• Communicate as required with shareholders, government agencies, and legal counsel.

• Leverage skills in Office Administration, Data Entry, Back Office Support, and Microsoft Excel for the effective functioning of the role. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Office Administration

• Proficiency in Data Entry is required

• Experience providing Back Office Support is essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Proven experience as a Corporate Administrator or similar role in the Paper/Packaging industry

• Excellent understanding of administrative and clerical procedures

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all work

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Familiarity with industry-specific software and platforms would be an advantage

• Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
