Lehigh University is seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Assistant Director Position Number S83220 in the Auxiliary Services department. This 12-month, professional position is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the student experience and housing operations at a world-class institution. As the Assistant Director of Housing Services, you will play a pivotal role with the following responsibilities: Overseeing facilities management to ensure high-quality living environments for on-campus students Coordinating all aspects of life safety in graduate and undergraduate residential areas Managing administrative and operational functions within University housing Assisting in managing student billing for housing and dining charges Serving as a liaison to various offices and campus partners Participating in Housing Services projects and campus-wide initiatives The ideal candidate will possess: Masters Degree in Student Affairs, Student Personnel Administration, Higher Education or the equivalent combination of education and experience One to three years of related work experience Proven experience in housing operations or student affairs Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders Lehigh University is a vibrant and dynamic community that values diversity, innovation, and excellence. This position is a Grade: 8 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $46,180-$55,420. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor. This position works with minors.
