Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description

This Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for processing credit memos, making credit adjustments, billing clients, making collection calls, and posting incoming payments.

Responsibilities

  • Process credit memos

  • Make credit adjustments

  • Bill clients

  • Make collection calls

  • Post incoming payments

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of billing experience

  • 3+ years of experience sending out credit memos and making credit adjustments

  • 3+ years of experience making collection calls

  • Ability to navigate within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel

  • Proficiency within a large scale ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Deacom, or Workday

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with cash applications

  • Ability to create pivot tables and perform vlookups in Excel

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
