Leidos is seeking a Senior-level Intelligence Analyst experienced in foreign malign influence analyses to support an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Bethesda, MD. The candidate will be expected to produce ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products for the customer.

Basic Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Poly

  • Experience in analysis of foreign malign influence on free and fair elections.

  • Experience with writing ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products

  • Ability to provide concise, articulate, polished writing of analytic documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings including the use of Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of the IC’s structure and IC member organization’s roles and capabilities regarding analysis, collection, or core enabling functions

  • Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs

  • Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex data to nontechnical customers.

  • Typically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on or in support of the Joint Staff

  • Experience writing about messaging potential malign actors

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
