CyberData Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee and lead the successful execution of multiple IT programs and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that all IT initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals and contribute to its overall success.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and lead the successful execution of multiple IT programs and projects.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
· Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
· Ensure all IT initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals.
· Oversee and manage the IT program.
· Ensure all projects align with organizational objectives and priorities.
· Prioritize and manage the intake of new projects.
· Effectively balance workload and resource constraints.
· Track, monitor, and report on the progress of all projects within the program.
· Provide leadership and guidance to project managers.
· Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Coordinate and monitor project activities.
· Proactively resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure adherence to schedules and goals.
· Implement and uphold best practices in project management.
· Communicate effectively with IT staff, senior management, and key stakeholders.
· Prepare and deliver detailed status reports to leadership.
· Collaborate with senior management to ensure project goals align with business needs.
· Continuously assess and improve program and project management processes.
· Work closely with project managers to ensure effective resource allocation, coordination, and project execution.
· Mentor and support junior team members to encourage their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in IT program and project management.
· Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects within a program.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Microsoft Project).
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
