Chevy Chase Acura is seeking a Loaner Vehicle Coordinator to join our team. As a member of our Service Team, you will greet and assist clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our loaner fleet. This role involves close collaboration with service advisors and management. What We Offer: * Medical and Dental Insurance * Life and Disability Insurance * 401K with Company Contribution * Paid Vacation * Paid Personal Leave * Paid Holidays * Profit-Sharing Bonus * $400 Monthly Lease Allowance * Special pricing for Vehicle purchases, service, collision, parts, and Detail Responsibilities: * Daily management of our loaner car fleet, including performance evaluations and inventory control * Greet all service lane customers upon arrival in the department. * Educate and inform customers about their loaner car options * Introduce customers to an appropriate service advisor. * Establish a follow-up timeline with customers. * Follow up with customers to ensure compliance with loaner car stipulations. * Assist guests with paperwork, signatures, and insurance and license documentation. * Complete daily updates on loaner utilization, working with service advisors, the service manager, and guests * Manage follow-up of incident reports. Requirements: * Previous dealership experience is a plus. * A proven guest-facing experience is preferred. * Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record * Excellent customer care skills, including the ability to resolve customer-related issues in a professional manner * Strong problem-solving skills * Ability to work with people of various professional backgrounds * Desire to succeed * Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word and the ability to use Outlook to communicate with the team * Flexible schedule, with occasional work until closing at 7 PM and occasional Saturdays with notice Join us at Chevy Chase Acura and become a part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dealership experience.
