The Senior Director, Global Consulting is a member of the Global Consulting team, primarily supporting enterprise-wide Digital initiatives. This Senior Director will play an important role as strategic advisor to Digital leadership on the formulation of key Digital strategies globally – e.g., product enhancement and adoption – and will manage execution of said strategies in collaboration with cross-functional Discipline and Continent teams. As a member of the Global Consulting team, the Senior Director will also act to develop best practice consulting tools and approaches to be utilized by the organization overall. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking skills, a proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, as well as a willingness to be tested on difficult and ambiguous projects and initiatives. The ability to influence top leaders and work collaboratively across teams to drive results is also essential.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
8+ years of strategy, consulting, or product management experience, demonstrating progressive career growth
Digital experience preferred • MBA or equivalent preferred
Proven track record consulting to business leaders and designing, developing, and implementing high impact solutions in large, complex organizations, using a variety of delivery methodologies
Prior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross-functional work teams in a matrix organization
Advance Facilitation Skills: Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex stakeholder experiences, using design thinking, creativity, and expert communication skills, to deliver powerful, results-oriented meetings and workshops.

Advisory Services and Execution
Advises senior leaders on strategy formulation efforts, including conducting necessary research, analysis and development of data-driven recommendations.
Leads cross-functional working teams including by not limited to facilitation of design sessions, documentation of processes, and identification of improvements.
Provides day-to-day project leadership to ensure projects achieves customer experience objectives, delivered on time, on budget and stakeholder satisfaction with project delivery and business results.
Creates high-impact deliverables for Senior Leadership consumption.
Develops change management strategies to implement project recommendations and affect change.

The pay range for this position is $70.67 to $110.34 per hour.
