Job Title: Chief Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chief Engineer with healthcare regulations and standards experience, including HIPAA and OSHA. You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations, manage hazardous waste, and understand building codes and standards such as those set by the Joint Commission and ASHE. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing building automation systems and energy management systems.

Hard Skills

  • Maryland 1st License

  • Hospital experience

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA)

  • Compliance with environmental regulations (hazardous waste management)

  • Understanding of building codes and standards (Joint Commission, ASHE)

  • Experience with building automation systems

  • Experience with energy management systems (EMS)

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bethesda, Maryland.
