Analyst, CRE Agency Finance

As a part of the Agency Finance screening team, you will work on sizing, screening, and quoting new Agency originations through the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA programs. You’ll be an integral part of the Agency team and have a wide variety of hands-on experiences. You’ll develop a thorough understanding of how the Agency business functions and what career paths are available as part of the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participation in Agency Finance loan pre-screen functions

• Developing market and deal analyses to help make credit and underwriting decisions

• Analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, and third party reports

• Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills

• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills

• Examples of demonstrated leadership and team-oriented traits

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Agency screening or underwriting experience
