AscellaHealth Internal Sales Representative in Berwyn, Pennsylvania

What we are looking for

AscellaHealth is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to be an essential part of the Sales and Business Development team. They will research, identify, profile, and develop prospects ( Biotech/ Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Payers) nationally and globally for the organization . This individual will help deliver strategic support in developing and implementing various sales strategies and tactics with a focus on supporting long-term growth and increasing awareness of AscellaHealth and its subsidiaries. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and talented individual to join a rapidly growing global organization, contributing directly to that growth by identifying key revenue targets.

This role is based at AscellaHealth’s headquarters in Berwyn, PA, and will be required to be in the office.

What the position will be doing

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of AscellaHealth products, services, and solution-based technologies.

  • Become knowledgeable on the brand guidelines for the AscellaHealth Family of Companies.

  • Research account profiles, mine and identify information/players, develop a plan to generate interest, and conduct an initial sales pitch.

  • Work with the Marketing Team to actively engage in lead generation through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, prospecting, networking, and targeted social media activity.

  • Develop and execute call plans for targeted accounts.

  • Shepherd prospects through the process to demo and introductory meetings.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.

  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through contact plans and touchpoints.

  • Build an understanding of client's needs and ensure the ability to answer questions and provide follow-up information.

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate SMEs for further development and closure.

  • Provide support for RFI and RFP submissions as needed.

  • Track submitted proposals and provided feedback to management.

  • Attend bi-weekly BD meetings prepared to present updates on the assigned list of targeted pipeline opportunities.

  • Effectively communicate with all groups involved with the Sales and Business Development Pipeline.

  • Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

  • Write and distribute agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in CRM.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary; remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.

    Necessary Skills, Education & Abilities

  • Graduate of a 4-year degree program, or equivalent, focused on Business, Sales/Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, Marketing, and/or Sales position required.

  • Knowledge of market research, business analysis, project management, and business development.

  • Excellent business/ computer skills including, Outlook, Word, Excel, and virtual collaboration technologies, like MS Teams and Zoom.

  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong initiative to lead projects and tasks.

  • Excellent, transparent, and persuasive communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing and competing priorities.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions to complex problems.

  • Ability to be highly transparent, ethical, and driven.

  • Relentless attention to detail, and the ability to be a creative self-starter and team player.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills required.
