Location Details:

• Berwyn, IL

• Split between two nearby elementary schools, within one mile of each other

• Four days at one school and one day at the other

Hours:

• Regular Hours: 8:10 am - 3:10 pm

• Extended Hours: 17 days throughout the school year until 4:30 pm for scheduled meetings and professional development (Roughly every other Wednesday)

Caseload Details:

• Mixed caseload including general education, life skills, and self-contained students

• Approximately 20 students at one school and 5 students at the other

• Collaboration is essential, this role will be working alongside two other Social Workers and an Intern! 

Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services across two elementary schools

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to address social and emotional needs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success

• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavioral and emotional outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work

• Valid state licensure as a School Social Worker (PEL)

• Experience working with elementary students and diverse populations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

AnthroPerks:

• Annual Salary Range: $58,000-$66,000 (Paid Weekly - 52 Week Pay Schedule)
