responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems

• Create machine control software for operator interfaces, factory integration, and overall system control

• Lead and participate in design reviews, approvals, and customer testing

• Mentor and guide team members, including designers and detailers

• Oversee projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and performance targets

• Collaborate with engineers and assembly supervisors to monitor project progress

• Manage project documentation, schedules, and communication with customers

• Work with vendors and Purchasing to control project costs

• Assist with proposal creation and field service as needed

• Support assembly teams and troubleshoot issues during machine testing

• Handle electrical hardware and software design tasks
