Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate and result-driven Assistant Outlet Manager to help oversee our restaurant and bars operations. Surrounded by the beauty of the Santa Ana Pueblo, our resort offers an authentic Southwestern dining experience, and we are looking for leaders who is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and service.

Assistant Outlet Manager responsibilities are assisting in the daily operations of the assigned restaurant, cafe, or bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction, oversee staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost controls to maintain efficiency, handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special request with professionalism care, Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant, bar or food & beverage leadership experience required

• Strong team leadership skills, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, high-volume environment

• Commitment to exceptional guest service and hospitality

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
