Office location will be Westfield MA or Berlin, CT. 4 days a week at office location, 1 day virtually Please ensure candidate locations are included with submittals. This team is adding an additional PM to this construction space. A lot of work is being done in CT and MA right now. Communication skills are key - will work cross functionally with other departments and be on calls with Sr. leaders must have strong computer skills (Teams, MS Suite specifically Excel and Outlook, Adobe - maps are in Adobe, Smartsheet a plus to have) P2 would be nice to have Must have a willingness to learn, ask questions and be a part of the team 95% of this is working behind a computer About 2 projects per PM Financials - millions of dollars flowing through; PM oversees the invoicing and each PM oversees multiple projects attention to detail, able to review invoicing, understanding of invoicing in Adobe or Excel; ensuring they are accurate and are approved Most of this is Fiber work; those with fiber background as well as leading projects is a bonus utility background works well here also permitting experience is nice to have ability to review blueprints and drawings Teams interview

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
