Some of these positions are hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Some of these positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

These positions must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Additionally, some positions require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Currently majoring in a core engineering/applied sciences discipline (Aeronautical/AerospaceEngineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Civil/Structural Engineering, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Math, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technical, Industrial Management, Operations Research, Engineering Mechanics, or other Engineering discipline)

  • Graduation date on or before August 2025

  • Current student at Washington University in St. Louis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong academic performance

  • Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations

  • Strong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research or engineering internships

  • Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to engineering, aerospace and a career with Boeing

  • Level 2: Bachelors and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master)

  • Level 3: Bachelors and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience)

Typical Education & Experience for Level 1 Roles:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Typical Education & Experience for Level 2 Roles:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Entry-Level summary pay range: $47,000 - $117,000

Associate summary pay range: $56,000 - $145,000

Mid-Level summary pay range: $67,000 - $177,000
