Actalent Quality Control Analyst/ Lab Technician in Berkeley, California

Position Summary:

The Quality Control Molecular Chemistry Laboratory provides hands-on support for quality control testing activities.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine QC FVIII ELISA, Electrophoresis, and qPCR laboratory logistical and testing activities.

  • Conduct FVIII HTRF testing to support the release of commercial drug products.

  • Ensure all laboratory activities comply with cGMP requirements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow relevant SOPs.

  • Operate automated analytical instrumentation, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Perform routine lab bench work in a team environment.

  • Evaluate data, write technical reports, and participate in lab investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated equipment and analytical test methods.

  • Strong computer and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Preferred experience with ELISA/HTRF/plate-based assays/gels.

  • Experience with manual dilutions and single/multi-channel pipettes.

  • Experience working in a cGMP laboratory.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00
