Description Our client in Berkeley, CA is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our healthcare team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients by providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, checking them in for appointments, verifying insurance information, scheduling follow-up appointments, answering phone calls, and assisting with billing inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and detail oriented demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a healthcare setting and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required.
