Description
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with an interest in human resources? Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated HR Administrative Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who excel at multitasking, managing administrative tasks, and supporting HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and maintaining employee records.
Assist with recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases, employee files, and compliance documentation.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR programs in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the HR team.
Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Process payroll, benefits enrollments, and other HR-related transactions as needed.
Perform general office duties such as drafting correspondence, ordering supplies, and coordinating office communications.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting HR functions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and external partners.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and confidentiality requirements is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Experience with HR software tools and platforms (e.g., Workday, Kronos, or other HRIS systems).
