The Gogebic-Ontonagon ISD is seeking applicants for a full-time Instructional Coach beginning with the 2024-25 school year.

SUMMARY:

The Instructional Coach partners with teachers in providing job-embedded professional learning opportunities. Through robust, positive professional relationships with teachers and administrators, the Instructional Coach supports staff in developing knowledge, skills, and capacity to create and enhance positive learning experiences for all students.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Coaching, Reading, or Educational Leadership preferred
• Demonstrated teacher leadership experience required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of teaching experience
• Experience designing and implementing professional development for small and large groups.
• Experience working with various forms of data to inform instructional practice and improvement.
• Experience working with diverse populations of students with varying degrees of ability.
• Must possess or have the ability to attain a valid Michigan teaching certificate.
