We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various industrial products and surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet company standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Operate power tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application of paint.
• Apply industrial paint using various techniques including spray painting and brush application.
• Conduct inspections of painted surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial painting or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as forklifts and cranes is a plus.
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with machining or auto painting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
