Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our educational team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students.

Responsibilities - Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities - Provide individualized attention and support to students - Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Support students in their educational and social development - Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement - Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress

Qualifications - Experience or education in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education - Knowledge of literacy education, math concepts, and classroom dynamics - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents - Ability to work with toddlers and support special education needs is a plus - Passion for educating young learners and fostering their growth

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.15 per hour
