Centra Wellness Network (CWN) is seeking a Customer and Provider Services (CAPS) Clerical Assistant.

As a member of the CAPS team, this person is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the CAPS department. Incumbents in this classification typically assist in performing clerical functions, interacting with and assisting clients, attending to incoming phone calls, custodial duties and other routine tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent required along with training/experience in a number of computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and scheduling required.
