About this role:
The Senior Manager, Grant Portfolios, Foundation - Giving & Volunteerism will be responsible for helping strengthen the Spark Good programs, engaging associates, and customers in driving impact. Specifically, this person will be involved in designing and testing innovative approaches to increase engagement, partnering with third party providers and Walmart Global Tech to enhance user experience, engage nonprofits, associates and customers to gain insights on how Spark Good can better serve them, and providing end-to-end customer service to ensure a high-quality experience. This role is highly focused on learning, collaboration, and strategic execution.
Ideal skills are an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, create strategic frameworks, influence through communication, and a passion for community impact.
You'll make an impact by:
Partnering with community organizations, associates, and customers to better understand the issues they face to build authentic solutions that leverage Walmart's unique capabilities.
Designing, assessing, and refining potential tools that build out an ecosystem of support that enhances people's ability to make an impact in their local community.
Developing approaches to scaling adoption of the tools.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to build authentic solutions that leverage Walmart's unique capabilities.
Enhancing impact measurement to assess the efficacy of Spark Good programs; and championing internal culture of impact as part of their everyday work.
You'll sweep us off our feet if:
You are tech product fluent with a design thinking mindset to always put the end user at the center.
You love test and learn using hypothesis driven approaches, fail fast, and capture learnings to innovate quickly.
You draw energy thinking about how to incentivize and motivate people to be there best (i.e., nudges and badges)
You have experience creating learning modules, playbooks, or toolkits to maximize program usage or campaigns.
You can work in a highly matrixed environment, are self-directed.
You can create strategic framework all while working in complex situations.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
