Walmart Global Logistics is a newly launched business that offers international freight forwarding and transportation services to Walmart marketplace sellers. Our mission is to simplify cross-border trade for sellers of all sizes through a people led, technology enabled global logistics network. We are looking for a dynamic entrepreneur to lead the development of our global logistics pricing strategy and manage pricing operations. In this role, you'll develop and manage all global logistics pricing by working closely with marketplace, procurement, and tech teams to drive growth and lower logistics costs for customers. The role is based in Bentonville and reports to the Senior Director of Global Logistics.

  • Thinking Big - You will build the strategic vision for global logistics pricing and design the roadmap to exceed customer expectations.

  • Deliver for the Customer - You will lead a customer-first approach to competitive research and customer engagement to understand market pricing trends and ensure performance of pricing strategies.

  • Moving Fast - Use your global logistics and pricing domain expertise to identify and prioritize the development of pricing capabilities. You will remove obstacles and barriers to deliver growth.

  • Lead Pricing and Revenue Management - You will lead the development of pricing and revenue growth goals, plans, and business requirements. Lead the execution of those plans to increase customer adoption, while achieving financial targets.

  • Work Cross-Functionally - Communication and collaboration are key to your success. You will provide strategic leadership for internal and external partners to deliver on your pricing strategy across marketplace, tech, and operational organizations.

  • Attract and Develop Talent - You will hire and mentor a team of global logistics pricing leaders that delivers results while living our Walmart Values. You will be a Walmart culture champion that drives a positive and optimistic team environment.

  • You're experienced with executing cross functional projects without direct authority over the teams involved.

  • You have a background in ocean freight, freight forwarding, supply chain, and cross border logistics pricing and revenue management.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-06888:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related area and 6 years' experience in global freight forwarding, ocean or air freight product management (non-technical), customer solutions management, ocean container trade lane management (vessel or non-vessel operating), or other relevant global logistics area.

4 years' supervisory experience.
