Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Workplace Hospitality team is driven to provide exceptional customer service in a world-class corporate environment. The Workplace Hospitality team will facilitate and enhance associate experiences and connections to teams, workplaces, and moments that celebrate our culture and purpose. This team will also coordinate corporate services and programs across the facilities to offer associates a productive place to work.

The Program Manager, Workplace Hospitality will join the Walmart Corporate Real Estate team and primary responsibility to receive and manage space booking requests and assists clients and business groups with requirements for the usage of the space (catering, logistics , AV Support). They will have responsibility for providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless business meetings throughout our managed spaces on campus. This role will be highly visible at the Home Office campus in Bentonville.

What you'll d o: You will deliver a best-in-class, streamlined, data driven meeting room booking process for the campus and portfolio spaces .

  • Single point of contact for clients throughout booking, planning and execution of meetings and events in rooms on campus.

  • Review client intake forms, i dentifying and securing spaces .

  • P romptly responding and coordinating additional details with client.

  • Manages relations for all catering, logistics , AV Support , etc .

  • Submitting tickets or setting up meetings with stakeholders as needed.

  • Create appropriate run of show and distribute to all involved parties

  • Onsite to lead events, meetings, and space activations with Sr. Leadership .

  • Maintain inventory and best use case types for spaces .

  • Applying business operational standards

  • Monitor and control event budgets and expenses .

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise before, during, or after the event.

  • Evaluate event performance and outcomes and provide feedback and reports.

  • Regularly check in with key vendors, giving feedback and getting training on new or updated products/services.

  • Being driven to execute and to act quickly, while displaying Walmart's core values, with a basis of serving the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor 's d egree or 3+ years in hospitality or customer experience roles

  • 2 + years in event sales experience or related field

  • 1+ year of matrix project or program management

  • Passionate about event planning and vendor coordination

  • Thoughtful, disciplined and can man age multiple workstreams

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
