Position Summary...
Sam’s Club is growing fast. Engaging and motivating members is a key strategy to drive renewal, and Sam’s Cash is at the center of that strategy. As Manager, Sam’s Cash Loyalty Program, you will support initiatives that drive engagement and membership renewal. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and analytical professional to manage promotional campaigns and generate insights that drive program improvements. You'll collaborate across teams to analyze member behavior, identify trends, and recommend enhancements that fuel growth across Sam's Club. If you're an adaptable collaborator who combines strategic thinking with a member-first mindset and bias for action, this role is for you. This position will work out of our Bentonville, AR office and report to the Director of Membership Engagement. This is an individual contributor role and will be accountable for driving engagement and growth at one of the fastest growing, most loved, and most trusted membership in retail.

What you will do...
Sam’s Cash Program Development : Support the deployment of Sam’s Cash across the organization by ensuring the right strategy, tactics, and processes are in place to leverage Sam’s Cash. Help unlock new habits and new rewards for members which lead to better engagement and renewal.
Sam’s Cash Promotion Management : Ensure every use of Sam’s Cash is strategically sound by supporting the Sam’s Cash governance committee. Carefully manage Sam’s Cash promotions to ensure seamless member experience and excellence in execution.
Project Oversight . Facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives and effectively engage various stakeholders, including establishing and setting up forums to accelerate projects. Anticipate challenges, problem solve, quickly adapt to change, and recommend action plans.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple internal leaders (Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Legal, Data Science, Product, Operations, and E-commerce) and external stakeholders from alignment of strategic initiatives, reporting requirements, to in-market execution of multiple projects.
Business Strategy & Planning : Contribute to strategic business reviews and financial planning processes, leveraging historical data and external growth trends. Define strategic initiatives focused on achieving goals and positively contributes to overall company performance.
Performance Reporting : Support performance reporting of the team, both retrospective (e.g., weekly performance, MBR, QBR) and forward-looking (e.g., forecast, daily planning). Generate, monitor, and analyze performance metrics, understanding business drivers and areas that could become opportunities or risks to the results. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance or related field.
3+ years of experience in retail, retail merchandising, membership/subscription, or related field.
2+ years of experience in leading and completing cross-functional projects and experience working with Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Product, Operations, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and data interpretation of results.
Background in business strategic planning; leveraging data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving and decision making.
Proficiency in developing dashboards and executive-level presentations.
Demonstrated record of delivering results in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a sense of humor.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
