Walmart Senior Manager, Program Management, Marketing Operations in Bentonville, Arkansas

Position Summary...

As a Senior Manager, Program Management on the Marketing Operations team, you relentlessly focus on driving operational excellence for a set of strategic objectives and key results across multiple marketing priorities. You’ll identify and help solve complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with inter-connected parts. You’ll drive excellence with the Project Managers and focus daily on progress towards a simpler, more streamlined way of working together and the future-state of the Walmart Marketing team. You will report to the Senior Director, Program Management.

What you'll do...

  • Relentlessly contributing to a high-performance culture driving operational excellence for a set of strategic objectives and key results across multiple marketing priorities

  • Building strong relationships of trust and collaboration, ensuring the needs of the Marketing team and Marketing’s cross-functional partners are met

  • Ensuring resolution of critical issues impeding progress and/or limiting the team’s ability to streamline, simplify, or work smarter

  • Identifying and solving complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with inter-connected parts

  • Leading, influencing, growing and developing yourself and our team of Project Managers to be best-in-class

  • Focusing on daily progress towards a simpler, more streamlined way of working together as One Team today, so we can swiftly arrive at the ideal, future-state of Walmart Marketing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in marketing, project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in marketing, project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

  • 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams

  • 3 years of experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office

  • Very strong organizational skills, sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects and drive clarity and progress amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field like (not limited to) project management, compliance, operations management, or related area

  • 3 years of experience managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process

  • Project Management certification

  • 5 years of experience planning and executing Marketing and/or Brand Campaigns, working directly with Creative and Media agencies

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
