Are you an experienced senior leader, inspired to transform the Indirect Procurement experience for Walmart ? With a humanity-inspired, user-centric approach, associates are at the core of everything we deliver. As a leader within Global Procurement Services, you will guide and inspire both onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient operations and enhance the end-to-end goods not for sale procurement and expense experience for Walmart associates. You will oversee several high-visibility, strategic initiatives that will make a lasting impact at Walmart. This critical leadership role involves partnering with the Walmart 's C hief P rocurement O fficer , International I ndirect Spent Management teams, Finance , Controllership, and business segments to streamline processes t o be efficient, effective, and delight associates. Your ability to direct large, diverse teams located across multiple geographies and influence senior leaders across Walmart will be core to this role . About the Team

The Procure to Pay team serves as a one-stop shop for mission-critical services that are both high-quality and low-cost. Our team handles various priorities, including solving complex problems for stakeholders through world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure to Pay for Goods Not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Financial Analysis, and Pre & Post Payment Audits.

Role Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Process Improvements: Lead the implementation of initiatives and process improvements by communicating action plans, guiding teams through changes, articulating business cases to stakeholders, and managing resources and budgets.

  • Strategy and Process Development: Partner with senior leadership to develop and drive strategies that align with strategic and operational goals, create efficiencies , and ensure compliance. Evaluate outcomes and trends to develop training and process improvements.

  • Financial Performance: Analyze and compare financial data, manage audits, and facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial performance.

  • Cross-functional Alignment: Align multiple cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives by leveraging relationships, resolving conflicts, and eliminating obstacles to ensure timely deliverables.

  • Global Project Monitoring: Identify opportunities, establish procedures, and recommend sustainable solutions by understanding global trends and best practices.

  • Overall Direction: Develop and implement business strategies, analyze costs and forecasts, support resource requirements, and promote a customer-focused environment.

  • Talent Management: Attract and maintain a skilled workforce by diagnosing capability gaps, recruiting talent, and supporting mentorship and workforce development.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
