Position Summary...
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive complex programs in the retail supply chain domain. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our supply chain technology by driving innovation, ensuring scalability, and enhancing efficiency. As a Principal TPM, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions that optimize our supply chain processes and improve Member satisfaction.
What you'll do...
Program Leadership
Lead end-to-end technical programs within the supply chain domain, including demand forecasting, inventory management, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
Define program goals, success metrics, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for all program activities, issues, and risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design and implement scalable supply chain solutions.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with on-the-ground processes.
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams, bridging gaps to ensure seamless execution.
Strategic Impact
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of programs.
Drive innovation in supply chain systems by incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and IoT.
Provide thought leadership to improve processes, systems, and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Management
Communicate program status, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support program success.
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide junior TPMs and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Contribute to building best practices in program management, technical architecture reviews, and agile processes.

Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in technical program management or similar roles, with a strong background in supply chain systems or retail technology.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technical programs in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Preferred :
Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory management, transportation, warehouse operations, and logistics optimization.
Hands-on experience with supply chain technologies and platforms (e.g., ERP systems, TMS, WMS, OMS).

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00-$165,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
