Communicates analysis to stakeholders by collaborating with internal teams to identify analysis and reporting requirements; compiling and formatting reports and data for presentation; presenting analytical reports and findings; reviewing data to ensure timely resolution of issues and consistency in the process; compiling and formatting reports and data for presentation. Conducts data mining and trend analyses by utilizing multiple internal and external data sources ; analyzing data using basic statistical techniques; identifying root causes of data trends and developments; developing possible solutions; and recommending solutions to departmental management. Creates departmental related reports by developing standardized and special reports of ongoing initiatives; identifying trends ; interpreting results for business partners; and collaborating with management to create report formats and communication products to generate routine updates for management. Fulfills requests for information from various requestors by evaluating information requests; gathering information from multiple sources ; ensuring information is cleared for release; structuring information into meaningful and easy to understand formats; and sending information to the requestor within applicable deadline. Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities. Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems. You'll make an impact by:

  • Coupling analytics, strategy, and implementation to pursue opportunities that enable an even better customer experience.

  • Implementing operational strategies and best practices by providing guidance on projects and developing score cards and other tracking mechanisms.

What you will need:

  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

  • Program management skills

  • Strong ability to plan and execute numerous processes and projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong Excel skills, ability to build frameworks involving multiple data sources.

  • Ability to develop SOPs for new processes

  • Ability to create decks to visually communicate problem statements and solutions.

  • Stellar project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Track and enhance program KPI and success metrics

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program management experience in a position executing operational processes in excel or any data analytics tools.

  • Experience with data tools: Tableau, SQL

  • Strong quantitative skills and a penchant for analytics

MBA or similar master's degree (but not required

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Successful completion of all core components of the Physical Security Specialist Training Academy within 90 days of hire.
