Description

The LTC Regional Supervisor executes the supervisory functions of coach, mentor, and advocate for Direct Care Workers through continuous training/development, and employee performance management. The LTC Regional Supervisor is directly responsible for supervising Direct Care Workers.

The LTC Regional Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality client services by taking referrals, scheduling appropriate PSS coverage, maintaining client/employee Agency files, and performing all other duties as assigned.

This position will be required to meet the requirements of a regular office schedule, working five days per week, Monday Friday, between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm. On-call will be required to ensure evening and weekend coverage of clients; the on-call schedule is rotated among all team members.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine drivers license are required

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Human Services is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent with combined total of two years LTC experience is required.

• Knowledge and understanding of the PSS role

• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Intermediate level computer experience
