The team you will be a part of

The Project Management team manages all aspects of a large scale and complex project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project.

This role in summary

The Consumer Services Business Unit is an organization that focuses on the Consumer Experience. Our mission is to build a customer-centric organization, delivering 5-star products, experiences and services that enable our market leadership & create consumer loyalty for life. Our Warranty Resolutions Team controls claims management, compliance and resolution policy for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include

• Support Consumer Warranty Analytics as a subject matter expert enabling deployment of the Consumer Care Strategy

• Provide Consumer Service Analytics support and techniques including goal setting and metrics creation/communication

• Forecast and manage costs associated with resolutions

• Communicate across multi-functional teams establishing customer/supplier connections

• Lead small to medium-sized projects when needed, or work in coordination with the project manager and with cross-functional teams

• Manage project tasks, scope and risks

Minimum requirements

• Bachelors Degree

• 2 plus years experience in Data Analytics

Preferred skills and experiences

• Six Sigma Black Belt

• Experience working with a Management Operating System

• Ability to work effectively & supportively within a team environment with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrates professionalism when representing the company

• Experience with business warehouse tools in support of data analytics

• eCRM, ServiceBench, Service Intelligence, SAP HANA, Qualtrics Designer, Salesforce systems

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QualtricsXM, Google Sheets

• Proficient in Data Statistical software such as Minitab

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data & analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

• SAP Skill Set
