The team you will be a part of

The Brand Management team promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand.

This role in summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Analyst, Digital to join our JennAir Brand team. In this role, you will lead and accelerate delivery of human-centered brand experiences through analyzing digital brand performance, identifying market trends, maximizing owner-focused digital channels including [brand].com websites, mobile apps, and branded CRM (customer relationship management) in order to build and strengthen consumer relationships, improve owner sentiment toward our brands, increase repeat purchase, and grow consumer lifetime value (CLTV). Your expertise will guide our digital marketing strategies and help drive brand growth and engagement.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Be the brand expert in digital consumer insights and marketplace trends impacting digital owner expectations - informed by new and existing sources.

  • Own the digital execution of promotions, brand campaigns, new product launch, and maintenance of business projects for all product categories.

  • Manage and analyze digital brand performance across owned platforms and tactics (e.g.website, email, Search Engine Optimization) to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Lead the development of current-state and future-state journey maps and other artifacts to drive empathy and consumer/owner-centricity across teams and defining a backlog of experience-focused initiatives (e.g identifying and mitigating bugs and system issues)

  • Lead the execution and optimization of Branded CRM in partnership with Brand Strategy Lead- own Brand KPIs while supporting shared KPIs across all teams.

  • Lead the Digital Brand partnership w/ IoT (internet of things) team and bring the brand strategies to life through the mobile app experience - ensuring cohesiveness between new app use cases and the website experience.

  • Own and manage the vendor contracts and budgets associated with owner experience (e.g. BazaarVoice, Registria, etc.)

  • Manage website budget and resources effectively across all internal and external digital relationships including external digital agency SOWs (statement of work).

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 + years experience in digital product ownership or digital marketing

  • 2+ years of website analytics experience (such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Agency management experience

  • Understanding of brand strategies and consumer behavior

  • Financial acumen

  • Project management experience

  • Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
