This position is for Aludyne's West Michigan plants, primarily based in Benton Harbor and sometimes work out of close by Stevensville.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:Recruit and hire for internal & external candidate solicitations to fill vacant positionsInterviewing employment candidatesHiring and orientating selected candidates, including compilation of related paperworkMonitor departmental staffing, maintain balance between operational needs & budgeted headcountEmployee communications, postings, functions & eventsMaintain staffing rosters for recruiting & labor budget management purposesCollect manual & electronic data about staffing transfers, vacancies, labor budget adjustments, & overall workforce status; manipulate HR software and Excel staffing databases/spreadsheetsSeek continuous improvement in standard HR practices & procedures, overall employment practices, policies & other related areasProcess payroll for hourly workforce
