Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on automated equipment.

-Answer calls for maintenance quickly and fully prepared to make any repairs needed.

-Should be visible and readily available on the plant floor as much as possible to assist each other and all other departments as needed.

-Complete preventative and predictive maintenance tasks, both while running and during scheduled shutdowns.

-Maintain a safe working environment both in the maintenance shop and on the plant floor.

-Must be food safety minded with attention to details being critical when working on equipment or anywhere near the product.

-Provide and maintain your own hand tools, including, but not limited to wrench sets, miscellaneous pliers, socket sets, hammers, punches, etc.

-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

We are looking for Maintenance Mechanic support operations by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting when problems arise, and repairing machines when broken down. They perform troubleshooting and repairs for all facets of modern automated equipment. This is a position where a candidate can continue to improve their skills and grow into more advanced roles.
